How We Ship...
Thank you for shopping with Queensbridge Apothecary! We want to ensure that your shopping experience with us is as smooth as possible, including our shipping process. Please take a moment to review our shipping policy below:
1. Orders made Monday through Saturday between the hours of 8:00 AM and 9:00 PM Eastern Standard Time (EST) will be processed and prepared for shipment within 48 hours, provided that all payment details are verified.
2. In the event that payment cannot be verified within 48 hours, the products will not be shipped until the payment has cleared.
3. All orders will be shipped via reliable carriers such as UPS or USPS.
1. By default, all orders will be shipped using standard "ground" shipping services. This method typically results in delivery within 2-5 business days after the order has been shipped.
**Shipping Insurance and Tracking:**
1. To ensure the safety of your order, all shipments will include shipping insurance.
2. Once your order has been processed and shipped, a tracking number will be generated and sent to the email address associated with your account. This tracking number will allow you to monitor the progress of your shipment.
1. Please note that once an order has been shipped, changes or modifications to the order cannot be accommodated. We recommend double-checking your order details before completing your purchase to avoid any inconvenience.
1. There is an exception to our standard shipping policy for items designated as "pre-orders." Pre-ordered items will be shipped within 10 business days of the date the order was placed.
