21 & Older Policy
How It Works
Although self-care is for every age, you must be 21 or older to purchase from our site. Some of our products contain CBD or THC. Because of the nature of these products, we require all customers to be 21 years of age or older to shop with us.
Our Shipping Policy

Standard Processing (1-3 Business Days)
Once received, your order will be processed within 1-3 business days following receipt of payment. Orders subject to processing time of 3-5 business days during holidays & peak selling periods.
Standard Shipping (3-7 Business Days)
Your order will be delivered within 3-7 business days following your order & receipt of payment. confirmation. Orders subject to delivery time of 7-10 business days during holidays & peak selling periods. Shipping rates are set based on package weight and/or order amount. Orders over $50 qualify for free shipping.
Delivery is available in the 48 contiguous states of US only. At this time we do not ship to US Territories, Alaska, Hawaii or APO/FPO/DPO addresses. P.O. box delivery is not available.
Orders may be subject to delivery restrictions based on the item type, weight, size and/or delivery location. Certain items have transportation restrictions, and cannot be shipped to some locations.
Our Return Policy
Everything You Need to Know
Queensbridge Apothecary has a 30 day return policy, beginning on the date you items were received. We don't start our clock when you make a purchase. We start once our products are in your hands.
If 30 days haven't passed, you may be able to offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
It must also be in the original packaging.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned.
Edible and/or perishable goods that were delivered more than 14 days from return date.
Products that are intimate or sanitary goods (i.e., personal lubrication)
Additional non-returnable items:
Sale and/or discounted items
Downloadable and/or digital software & products
Items with obvious signs of use
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

We require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer, unless instructed to do so by our team.
Once your return request is received, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5 business days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable):
If you haven't received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you've done your part, but still need assistance, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
